Salem Arts Association in Salem, MA, seeks a friendly, organized Seasonal Shop Coordinator to create a welcoming experience for visitors, members, and artists during our busy summer and fall season. Open and close the gallery shop, process sales, and maintain an inviting retail space.
Shifts up to 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends; compensation is $19 per hour. Prior retail or arts-related experience is preferred, and strong communication helps connect visitors with exhibitions
