Summary
The Sales Support provides operational and customer service assistance to ensure a seamless store experience, supporting sales through stock, visual merchandising, and point of sale activities. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a customer focused mindset while working in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities- Support store sales through accurate execution of stock and visual merchandising tasks
- Perform point of sale activities and assist the sales team as needed
- Receive and process incoming shipments to floor ready standards
- Maintain merchandise presentation and customer goods on the sales floor
- Create an engaging and welcoming environment for customers
- Carry out additional duties assigned by management to support store operations
- Work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team oriented with a collaborative approach
