Fashion Advisor

Summary

The Fashion Advisor is an in-store sales professional who delivers exceptional client service to drive conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. This role works on the boutique floor, collaborating with the sales team and reporting to boutique leadership, with a focus on developing new clients and elevating the client experience. Full-time, in-person retail presence is required, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• Develop new clients by converting walk-in traffic into repeat clients and brand ambassadors
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Maintain consistent client outreach and build genuine long-term relationships
• Coordinate repairs and alterations, ensuring timely follow-up with clients
• Contribute to a team environment and support boutique business objectives

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and a service-minded approach
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Passion for fashion and client experience; foreign language skills preferred
