Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues;
Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer help locating items;
Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions following company policies;
Maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed;
Support opening and closing store activities and assist multiple departments including photo and beauty; participate in pharmacy-related shifts as needed
