Wow customers through personal interactions and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience;
Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and policy adherence;
Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure effective operations and service;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor replenished;
Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage opening/closing procedures and cash handling;
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures;
Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service;
Perform store maintenance and housekeeping duties including stock room and floors
