Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels;
Provides consultative customer service to understand each customer’s needs and offer solutions;
Operates and maintains retail and shipping equipment, stocks materials, and processes transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS) including handling cash;
Maintains merchandise displays and signage, keeping the store clean, safe, and orderly;
Adheres to store policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality of customer data
