Summary
Provide outstanding customer service in an Oliver Peoples retail boutique in Boston. Assist customers and collaborate with stylists and opticians to help select the perfect eyewear. Maintain product knowledge and support store sales goals through attentive styling and personalized recommendations.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers, delivering a high level of concierge service on the sales floor.
- Assist customers in selecting frames, offering styling guidance and product information.
- Support sales targets and participate in applicable bonus or commission plans.
- Process transactions, manage fittings, and ensure accurate order handling with opticians.
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and product organization.
- 2+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in luxury or eyewear retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail, product curiosity, and ability to stand for extended periods.
