Retail Supervisor In Training (Full Time

Join our grand opening team for our newest Massachusetts location this April 2026 at Downtown Crossing. Starting salary: $21.00 / hour.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Supervisor in Training is the pace setter and role model for customer service in the store and is responsible for ensuring all Sales Associates in a department exceed customer expectations and are trained on store standards.

• Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Supervise floor activity to monitor breaks and ensure coverage during peak times according to daily work schedules.
• Maintain brand and operational standards—including visual, cleanliness, cash management, and inventory management—consistently met.
• Ensure the team proactively manages customer needs and exceeds expectations according to the UNIQLO service standard, Fundamental Principles, and 6 Standard Phrases.
• Train and develop staff on fitting room and cash wrap standards; assist when needed in those zones.
• Manage inventory by ensuring all merchandise is represented and replenished on the floor in full size runs.
• Assist management in identifying store issues.
• Train the team on product and brand knowledge and convey this knowledge to customers.
• Follow all company policy and procedures and notify management of any infractions.
• Assist with special projects assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or GED;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to train and develop a team with strong communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
• Flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evenings and weekends.

• Full‑time, hourly position.
