H&M - 100 Newbury Street - Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store to actively sell products;
Promote and sell products and promotions, including Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives;
Assist with garment care, fitting room, stock replenishment, and maintaining clean and organized sales floor and back of house;
Support with merchandising, displays, and adherence to visual and commercial guidelines;
Collaborate with store team to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience
