The opportunity
Delaware North's Boston Bruins is hiring a full-time Authenics Team Member to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.
The Boston Bruins Authentics full-time team members will become an integral part of the team authentic retail program owned and operated by the Boston Bruins. The BBA full time sales team member will assist the Bruins Authentics manager with all the Boston Bruins game-worn and team-issued product for the purpose of selling on game nights in store and through the e-commerce channel.
The BBA full time associate will also assist with product management on the e-commerce platform.
$26.00 - $26.00 / hour

- Assist and providing excellent customer service on game nights to all Bruins authentics customers, while informing, educating, and answering questions about the program
- In charge of setup and break down of game-night retail display. Including inventory levels of each product category.
- Help the Bruins Authentics Manager maintain a well-stocked and well-displayed Authentics merchandise in store, cleaning and straightening the area to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable shopping experience for the fans.
- Manage the customer service email mailbox.
- Aid customers to help process their transactions.
- Monitor the area and merchandise to protect against damage and theft.
- Support the Authentics Manager in all aspects of the online store, assisting with photos, descriptions, and authentication of all products
- Work with the equipment staff to secure products and properly record the items in inventory.
- Assist many departments within the organization including marketing, hockey operations, and community relations
- Assist Authentics Manager with proper inventory tracking and organization in warehouse.
- Experience in retail sales/hockey equipment
- Passion/understanding for hockey and the collectibles marketplace.
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment.
- Professional attitude and confidentiality regarding all team/player interaction
- Willingness to work flexible hours, The ideal candidate must be able to work Bruins home games during nights and weekends.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand for the entire length of shift
