This is a traveling, dynamic role where each team member plays a critical role in transforming our Aubuchon Company stores across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and beyond. • Hit the Road:
  Travel extensively to store locations across the company to support high-impact remodels, store resets, acquisitions, and special projects.
• Build & Transform:
  Safely assemble, reposition, dismantle, and dispose of store fixtures, including heavy-duty steel racking, beams, and exterior merchandising structures.
• Bring the Vision to Life:
  Execute detailed planograms and merchandising schematics to ensure our indoor and outdoor product displays look sharp and fully stocked. This supports our commitment to serve, building store environments where our local teams can deliver the Aubuchon Difference and hospitality that WOWs!
• Be the Jack of All Trades:
  Go beyond the aisles by jumping into minor leasehold improvements, basic store repairs, site clean-ups, and seasonal signage updates.
• Leverage Technology:
  Use smartphones, tablets, and basic software to access project plans, manage inventory, and communicate seamlessly with the team.
• Keep It Safe:
  Champion our Safety-First mindset by adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies at every job site. Be quick but never rush, and always look out for each other—nothing we do is worth risking injury.

• Travel Flexibility: A full willingness to travel extensively throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and beyond, including frequent overnight stays, with the flexibility to work shifts that may occasionally include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in retail merchandising, facilities maintenance, or general contracting is preferred but not required, especially if you have experience in retail merchandising systems, planogram placement, and industrial fixtures!
• Tools & Tech:
  You are comfortable and safe using basic hand tools (drills, hammers, box cutters) and are equally proficient with modern electronic devices and software for scheduling and project execution.
• Physical Stamina:
  The ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally with assistance (and 30 pounds frequently), safely climb ladders, and stay active/on your feet for shifts up to 10 hours.
• The Basics:
  Must be 18 years of age or older; and a High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
• Team Spirit & Professionalism:
  You believe in Teamwork and always strive to Do the Right Thing. You act with integrity, humility, and empathy to collaborate effectively with your crew, store staff, and management.
• Work Environment:
  Must be comfortable working in a fun, animal-friendly retail environment (accommodations are available upon request).

• Pay ranging from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
• Weekly travel stipend plus mileage and company paid travel expenses.
