Deckers Brands, home of UGG, is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations in our Boston store. You’ll manage receiving, storage, picks, transfers between locations, and maintain accuracy and safety standards while delivering excellent service.
Partner with the Store Manager to train stock staff, optimize product flow, and support sales goals. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and ensure stock displays meet merchandising guidelines.
