Assist the Store Manager in ensuring store meets Company standards for cleanliness and organization;
Set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner;
Process register functions and ensure proper adherence to procedures;
Demonstrate execution of floor set guides and promotions;
Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards;
Recognize customer merchandise needs and evaluate assortment adequacy;
Support markdowns and transfers to be completed accurately and promptly;
Demonstrate leadership to drive sales and profitability and help achieve store and individual goals;
Communicate store operational goals to maximize team contributions;
Monitor and evaluate associate performance in sales, productivity, and loss prevention;
Train associates in register and Aptos functions;
Assist in securing Company funds according to policy
