As a Store Operations Specialist
- Junior, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting store technology, operational processes, and project initiatives across multiple store locations. Working closely with store teams and cross-functional partners, you will help troubleshoot issues, coordinate rollouts, and enhance operational standards to improve overall store performance. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow within the retail operations space, demonstrating strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication.

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, store execution, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively

• SharePoint experience
• Retail operations or field support background
• Exposure to store systems, POS, or back-office tools
• Experience with issue-tracking systems like Service Now

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline
• 2+ years of relevant experience supporting store or retail functions
• Familiarity with retail technology and operational tools is a plus

• Hybrid work model, working onsite at our Framingham, MA location two days per week (Tues, Wed, or Thurs)
• Ability to travel occasionally if needed (not required for this role)
• No specific certifications required; strong organizational and communication skills are key
