** About the role
** As our Retail Operations Coordinator, you'll help keep the LEGO(R) Retail Operations team organized, connected, and moving forward. You'll play an active role in team coordination and operational activities, helping ensure priorities are clear, work moves efficiently, and communication between headquarters and store teams across the AMS region is timely and effective. It's a chance to support a wide range of topics that are constantly evolving, bringing visibility, structure, and follow-through to the work that helps stores succeed every day.
** Required Qualifications
** Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Managed communication responsibilities for broad audiences with increasing scope or responsibility over time
** Preferred Qualifications
** Worked in a retail or multi-location operational environment
