Retail Merchandiser – Urgently hiring in Boston!
Job Title:
Retail Merchandiser Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We're hiring for standard daytime merchandising routes supporting Shaw's and Star Market locations in multiple regions, so you can be placed on a route close to home. As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll ensure products are well-stocked, correctly displayed, and store sections are visually appealing according to planograms.

Wakefield, Melrose, Salem, East Boston Metro Boston:
Cambridge, Somerville, Brighton, Belmont West:
Waltham, Burlington South/Southwest:
Chestnut Hill, West Roxbury, Hyde Park, Dedham, Quincy What You'll DoAs a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for
• Stocking and replenishing products at store locations within your assigned route
• Arranging merchandise according to provided planograms and schematics
• Executing store resets, updating product displays, and replacing price tags as needed
• Maintaining store cleanliness and assisting store staff with inventory placement
• Traveling daily/weekly between a designated group of local stores within your route area
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have
• High school diploma or equivalent, with verifiable work references
• Prior experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, or warehouse work preferred
• Reliable transportation for daily travel between assigned store locations
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift merchandise/shelving during 8-hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and proactive communication
