Enterprise Account Executive (New business / Hunter) The Company

The Requirement

As a Strategic Sales professional, you will be the driving force behind revenue expansion by directly engaging enterprise clients within the supply chain and logistics sector, transforming complex operational challenges into AI-powered solutions.

You will master the unique vision-based platform and employ a deeply consultative approach to build trust with C-level executives and key decision-makers, guiding them from initial discovery to successful contract closure.

  • Proven Enterprise Sales:
    Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable success in B2B sales, specifically within the supply chain, logistics technology, or enterprise SaaS/software arena, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Deep industry & operational acumen:
    Strong understanding of warehousing and distribution center operations, including their key performance indicators (KPIs), organizational structures, and predominant operational and financial challenges.
  • Executive consultative selling skills:
    Expertise in a strategic, solution-based sales methodology, with exceptional ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders (VPs, C-level) to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborative & process-driven team player:
    Experience operating within a mature, high-performing sales team, utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot) and defined processes, and ability to partner seamlessly with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions.
  • Self-motivated driver with technical aptitude: A results-oriented, accountable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of managing multiple priorities and eager to learn and demonstrate sophisticated AI/technology solutions to solve real-world problems.
