Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Territory Manager to join our team in Massachusetts, United States. In this on-site role, the Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by building and managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, working closely with clients to meet their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of products and services.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and relationship management skills, including experience in lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting partnerships
  • Knowledge of HVACR industry and systems preferred; experience with OEM parts is an asset
  • Ability to develop territory-specific sales strategies and achieve performance targets
  • Proficient in using customer management systems or CRM software and basic office tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered
