Your RoleThe Fertility Enterprise Account Manager (FEAM), reporting to Head of Strategic Engagement & Enterprise Account Team, is responsible for building and managing high-level business relationships with key stakeholders across MSOs, clinic networks, fertility benefit managers (FBMs), and other organizations that control or influence large business volume.
As a Fertility Enterprise Account Manager (FEAM), You Will- Lead Strategic Partnerships:
Maintain deep knowledge of each account’s business model, metrics, challenges, and goals. Own overall partnership, generate account plans, and facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives through associated accounts. - Ensure Product Access & Drive Growth:
Secure and maintain access for EMD Serono’s Fertility portfolio across targeted accounts, ensuring formulary placement and/or pathway inclusion. Negotiate contracts and partnerships to maximize business impact. Execute pull-through strategies to drive volume and net sales in alignment with brand objectives. - Develop Account Strategies:
Create and implement comprehensive account plans that target decision-makers and influencers, ensuring long‑term partnerships and business growth. - Engage at the C‑Suite and D‑Suite Level: Own strategic engagement with major MSOs, clinic chains, and organized customer groups to influence top‑down decisions impacting product access and utilization. Serve as a trusted advisor and recognized account manager for EMD Serono.
- Expand Partnerships & Revenue Opportunities:
Identify new business opportunities with FBMs, PBMs, GPOs, financing companies, egg banks, and other large volume orchestrators to enhance access and optimize revenue streams. - Coordinate Internal Teams:
Align efforts across Commercial (Sales & Marketing), Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to ensure execution of brand strategy and customer value delivery. - Analyze and Report:
Conduct quarterly analyses of account performance metrics and incorporate findings into strategic plans for senior leadership.
This highly visible, entrepreneurial role requires innovation, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Location: Field-based in the United States
Travel: Up to 60% domestic and occasional international travel (may increase during launches or negotiations)

Who You AreMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience, or MS with 6+ years, or Ph.D. with 5+ years.
- Experience working in account management role within fertility market.
- Experience in matrixed organizations.
- Experience working with Fertility MSOs, fertility clinic networks and/or fertility benefit managers.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Proven success in contract negotiations and sales/management roles.
