Insurance Sales Representative

We’re looking for a motivated sales reps who want to get their insurance sales licenses (property and casualty) to help customers with their insurance needs and grow our book of business. This is a base pay + commission role and involves selling and servicing personal insurance policies, handling inquiries, and providing coverage recommendations.

• Sell and service P&C/Personal Lines insurance products
• Work leads, generate new business, and support existing clients
• Process policy changes, renewals, and general service requests
• Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company standards

• Inbound sales experience (not necessarily insurance)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work the 12PM –8:30 PM or 2pm-10pm central shifts (occasional weekend work required)
