• Manage existing customer accounts and generate new business opportunities
• Conduct sales presentations and meet with customers to assess their needs
• Liaise between the employer and customers regarding pricing, services, and product launches
• Update customers on product modifications and enhancements regularly
• Prepare sales and marketing reports and maintain expense accounts

• 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background, particularly in milling, turning, and grooving
• Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to assist customers with parts processing and tool applications
• Experience in account management and developing new customer relationships
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Job shop experience is highly regarded
• Experience in designing special tools
• Degree in sales and marketing or related field is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
