- Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy
- Communicate Baxter’s competitive advantages to enhance sales and convert competitive accounts
- B.S./B.A. or 2+ years of proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, or medical equipment
- Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred
- Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business
- Demonstrated strategic selling skills in strategy development and execution
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Experience working independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to manage both clinical and financial aspects of accounts
- Valid driver's license
