Job DescriptionThis is a senior individual contributor role that fuses strategic thinking with hands‑on account leadership to drive value for both Fujifilm Biotechnologies and its key clients in the pharmaceutical industry. You will leverage your executive‑selling ability to engage senior customer stakeholders, expanding strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing account value.
This position operates in a collaborative, matrixed environment, engaging with global teams and cross‑functional partners across various technology modalities to ensure strategic alignment and execution. Your success will be defined by your ability to deliver sustained commercial growth, deepen executive‑level customer relationships, and consistently drive high account performance.

Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive account strategies to drive growth and maximize customer satisfaction for key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies for key accounts, establishing and maintaining senior‑level relationships with strategic customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary liaison for strategic accounts, ensuring clarity in communication and collaboration.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with leading pharmaceutical companies, establishing FLBG as a trusted partner.
- Lead complex negotiations to create mutually beneficial agreements and amicably resolve disputes.
- Identify new opportunities to expand FLB's services within existing accounts and develop innovative solutions to client needs.
- Ensure service excellence for strategic accounts, focusing on clinical supply services and other FLB offerings.
- Navigate complex customer organizations, effectively managing stakeholder relationships from both relational and sales perspectives.
- Engage the entire Fujifilm organization to leverage all competencies in meeting customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading strategic customer accounts or account management within the CDMO industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in senior strategic roles within service‑related businesses (Sr. Director or VP level).
- Experience in Biologics and Cell & Gene Therapy is required.
- Extensive experience with the top 30 pharma companies, managing high‑value deals with significant financial impact.
- Deep understanding of key drivers and trends within biosciences and knowledge of the pharma business model.
- Strong skills in global accountability and multicultural environments.
- High responsiveness to customers, with both a strategic overview and hands‑on, proactive attitude.
- Expertise in managing complex, matrixed organizations at both customer and company levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to navigate fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments while managing complex stakeholder needs.
