Overview

Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Boston ness is a high-growth company disrupting the software delivery market, enabling developers to deliver code reliably, efficiently, securely and quickly. The Harness Software Delivery Platform includes modules for CI, CD, Cloud Cost Management, Feature Flags, Service Reliability Management, Security Testing Orchestration, Chaos Engineering, and Software Engineering Insights.

Position summary:

Harness is looking for sales champions and leaders who are passionate about building the next great software company and achieving exceptional sales results.

Responsibilities
  • Exceeding your number — winning new enterprise logos
  • Forecasting accurately, communicating clearly, and aligning with cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven selling, including use of Salesforce and other tools to track progress
  • Managing full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Collaborating with other teams, including sales engineering and sales development
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals
  • Account planning and execution skills
  • Ability to sell to C-level executives and across IT and business units
  • Consistent over achievement of quota with a strong W2 track record
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC for pipeline building and qualification
  • Consultative sales skills with ability to articulate a clear ROI
  • High productivity, ability to manage multiple priorities, and work well under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Location

Role based out of Boston, MA.

Compensation & Benefits
  • OTE for this position: $325,000
  • Salary determined by location, level, experience, and skills
  • Commission/variable component, equity, and benefits
