Position: Area Sales Manager - Robotic Surgical Technologies (Boston North)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive adoption and sales growth of the Hugo™ Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) System
  • Engage budget-holders and hospital executives to develop business cases and support informed purchasing decisions
  • Create and deliver impactful workshops, proposals, and presentations tailored to key decision-makers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital leadership teams
  • Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and provide detailed sales forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 11+ years of medical device sales experience, with 3 years of dedicated capital complex selling required
  • OR Associate’s Degree AND at least 9+ years of field sales experience, with 3 years of dedicated capital complex selling required
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 7+ years of medical device sales experience, with 3 years of dedicated capital complex selling required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Must be able to travel within the assigned region (50% plus)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience selling large capital equipment
  • Active network in the field of surgery and operating rooms
  • Strong negotiation skills and modern computer literacy
  • Experience working in a matrix structure
