We are supporting a well‑established international Life Sciences services group (300M+ revenue) that is accelerating its expansion in North America. The company provides advanced laboratory testing and scientific services for the cosmetics, dermocosmetics, and longevity research markets, helping brands demonstrate the efficacy and safety of their products.
With strong global capabilities and an established client base that includes leading international brands, the organization is now building its U.S. commercial team to drive new business development and support long‑term market growth.
OverviewThe ideal candidate will lead business development initiatives to generate and engage new clients in the Life Sciences sector. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities for laboratory testing and scientific services, particularly in in‑vitro and CRO environments. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build strategic relationships with R&D and industry stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in biotech, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic R&D organizations
- Develop and manage relationships with new clients to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Work cross‑functionally with scientific and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
- 7+ years of business development or sales experience in Life Sciences services, CRO, laboratory testing, or related sectors
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals in complex scientific environments
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑growing and entrepreneurial environment
- Results‑driven with a strong focus on revenue growth
