Base Salary: $70K - $100K (DOE) | Bonus Opportunity:
Uncapped monthly commission |

Schedule:

Field sales traveling across the Boston area Monday‑Friday.

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the designated sales territory/region.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet personal and company goals.
• Formulate a quarterly business plan to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals.
• Prospect referrals from present and prospective customers.
• Develop territory routing plan and update regularly to obtain optimal efficiency in servicing customer needs and marketing to new business/customers.
• Educate referral sources on all CSI services related to customer needs and benefits, and effectively communicate CSI differentiators.

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years Medical Sales or equivalent experience.
• Experience in home infusion or specialty pharmacy (major plus).
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License, automobile insurance coverage, and reliable automobile.
• Successful completion of a drug screen (includes medical and recreational marijuana check) prior to employment.
