Job Overview

In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full-Time). This local, in-home field role requires daily travel to customer residences – not Remote.

Schedule:

5 days/week, 12:05pm to 9:00pm. Pay Rate: $25.60 hourly plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and sales commission.

• Serve:
  Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are, providing exceptional customer service and aiming to surpass sales targets.
• Solve:
  Address and resolve customers’ tech issues, offering clear solutions and ensuring they leave with a resolution that works and a product matching future tech needs.
• Sell:
  Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions, actively listening to identify needs and positioning products uniquely to meet those needs.
• Attend daily training and ongoing coaching to maintain product knowledge, sales skills, and technical competency.
• Travel up to 120 miles one-way in neighborhoods and cities surrounding the inventory warehouse; work a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan); personal vehicle required (motorcycles excluded).
• Personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented with persuasive communication skills.
• Open-minded with passion for learning across a range of skills.
• Naturally outgoing and thrives in human interaction.

• Guaranteed base hourly rate paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly.

• $35 phone stipend paid monthly.
• 3–4weeks paid training; early access to earned pay.
