Mazzotta Rentals, Inc. (MRI) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who will generate new revenue in rentals and equipment sales. The role involves servicing existing customers while identifying and gaining new business customers. The ideal candidate is passionate, enthusiastic, self‑driven, dependable, detail‑oriented, and excels in a team environment.

• Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests.
• Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction companies.
• Identify new clients through market research, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Sustain timely and effective responses to customer service inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential customers.
• Conduct touch‑base meetings with branch managers and service managers to discuss upcoming equipment needs and collaborate to resolve issues.
• Communicate business strengths and opportunities to the COO, CAO, and CFO, presenting solutions and ideas for improvement in operations and sales growth.

Salary: $75,000 – $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and industry knowledge.

• Knowledge of construction terminology is a plus.
• Reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
• High school diploma required.
• Preferred education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Preferred experience:
  
  1–5 years of sales experience in the equipment rental or similar industry.
