Biotech Architect — East Coast BD Lead

Founded in 2006, Cyagen is a global provider of genetically modified rodent models and innovative cell and gene therapy solutions for research and development (R&D), including: disease model development, AAV discovery, drug efficacy studies, and more.

We are seeking 2 US BD Managers to lead our commercial expansion in the United States. This role involves technical sales, market development, and customer relationship management.

• Drive territory sales – Execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, with a primary focus on the East Coast.
  
  Support pipeline development and deal execution.
• Win new accounts – Build strong relationships with R&D leaders at biotech and pharma companies.
• Execute go-to-market – Work closely with marketing and product teams to roll out new services in your region.
• Track & report – Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.

• Education: PhD or MS in biology, genetics, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in sales or technical support roles within the biotechnology industry.
• Located in/around: Boston, MA – ability to travel ~50% within the US.
