As a Territory Sales Representative you will grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting, selling and servicing Vascular products, including DCB, Atherectomy, and the full PV product portfolio across the continuum of care for PAD.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet and exceed AOP, sales budget and account development targets (QoQ and YoY) and develop and execute accurate and ongoing sales plans to achieve objectives.
  • Maintain and grow market share across all product lines and identify opportunities within existing and new customer base to drive business growth and account penetration.
  • Leverage full product portfolio to maximize sales and share performance, monitor key market trends and competitive information, and inform sales management.
  • Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum exposure and effective time management.
  • Effectively manage expenses to drive growth and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to financial, regulatory, quality compliance standards and requirements.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key decision makers, customers, administrators, and staff to drive business and therapy adoption.
  • Drive value in accounts through disciplined pricing resulting in strong ASPs and use contracts for high compliance and pull‑through.
  • Leverage APV, Corporate Accounts, and CVG partnerships to capitalize on contracting opportunities.
  • Probe and understand customer needs, engage and overcome objections.
  • Plan and manage referral marketing resources to achieve expected outcomes.
  • Build consensus, obtain commitments and close business.
  • Deliver effective sales and product presentations to customers.
  • Maintain and expand existing business; develop new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and target specific customers to generate leads.
  • Implement strategies to counter competitors.
  • Educate customers on product features and usage; respond promptly to requests and resolve complaints.
  • Plan cases with physicians, manage expectations and improve outcomes.
  • Engage physicians in clinical conversations about advantages of Peripheral Vascular products.
  • Conduct business in accordance with ethics and compliance guidelines and FDA requirements.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams (marketing, customer service, finance, etc.) to meet targets.
  • Communicate market intelligence promptly to District Sales Manager and other personnel.
  • Contribute to development of a strong team effort.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years’ experience, or Associate’s Degree and 8+ years’ experience, or Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years’ experience (sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences).
Preferred Experience
  • 6+ years of B2B or Healthcare Sales with 4+ years selling medical devices or medical capital equipment.
  • Degree in biological science or business preferred.
  • Knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols and conduct.
  • Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel.
  • Top 10% past performance and President’s Club winner.

Job Requirements
  • Lifting/carrying 20 pounds.
  • Sit/stand/walk 6–8 hours a day.
  • Operate moving vehicle.
  • Environmental exposures: infectious disease, radiation, blood‑borne pathogens.
  • Must wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in Cath Labs.
  • Travel extensively by car and plane; work outside of typical Monday‑Friday, 8:00am‑5:00pm schedule preferred.
