About the RoleRegional Sales Manager – North America for Motion Drives. As the RSM, you will drive new business for our Precision Solutions line across the US, identifying qualified leads and prospecting new customers. Your passion for motion control, drives, linear motors, and mechatronics will fuel your pursuit of new business while collaborating with our Precision Solutions teams.
Job OverviewYou will focus on the US sales of our products and solutions in this program, from building and moving stages in semiconductor and display equipment to ropeless elevators, patient bed motor drives, high‑speed actuators and compressor drives. You will also promote our off‑the‑shelf portfolio of servo drives, motion controllers, linear motors, and more.
Duties- Engage with the right stakeholders at customers, quantify the value of our USPs, and influence technical competence development.
- Perform competitor analysis by tracking competitors, mapping their positioning, and identifying USPs that differentiate our offering.
- Win business, acting as the primary point of contact until project handover.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align customer solution offerings and ensure successful project proposals.
- Build and maintain a network at potential customers, proactively discussing upcoming opportunities and organizing updates/workshops.
- Regularly report on market position and discuss potential improvements with Sales and Development teams.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in high‑tech or industrial markets (semiconductor, healthcare, energy transition, industrials).
- Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Experience in commercial roles, including RFQs, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills to translate customer requirements into viable proposals with technical teams.
- Experience in contract negotiation and consultative selling is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- International experience, with willingness to travel regularly.
- Proactive, self‑starter, and team player who values collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ability to engage both engineering and executive stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in power electronics, electrification, automotive, commercial vehicle, or off‑highway markets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience negotiating pricing, contracts, and long‑term supply agreements.
- Ability to engage both engineering and executive stakeholders.
- Travel (approx. 30–50%).
