We are a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in remodels of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors.
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the sales method to secure agreements to purchase our products and services.
Key Role Accountabilities- Follow a monthly rotating schedule.
- Handle sales appointments lasting about 2 hours each.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
- Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
- No cold-calling or lead generation – all leads are warm and pre-set.
- Uncapped commission.
- Quarterly Net Sales Bonus Program.
- Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
