Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Hourly Pay
: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
This program provides general Vehicle Sales training with specialty modules in Rental, Finance, Operations, HR, and Sales & Marketing. Participants are expected to relocate within their geographic territory upon completion of the training.
Responsibilities- Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within a specific territory using aggressive telephone marketing skills.
- Maintain contacts with existing customers to improve retention and stay current on market and customer trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management.
- Support Vehicle Sales Managers in achieving all location sales quotas, goals, and objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑service focused with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to recover quickly from adversity.
- Self‑starter / self‑motivator.
- Ability to modify, respond to, and integrate change with minimal personal resistance.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service with issue resolution.
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Travel requirement: 0–10%.
Hourly minimum: $25.00
Hourly maximum: $27.00
Potential for annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on performance.
