Validity Inc. is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager in Boston, MA, to act as a strategic partner for clients. You will own product adoption and drive measurable outcomes while building trusted relationships to ensure maximum value from our products.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in customer success or account management within a SaaS environment. A bachelor’s degree and familiarity with Salesforce CRM are preferred. This role includes a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 plus benefits.
