I'm partnering with a global leader in automation and capital equipment solutions as they continue to expand their commercial team across North America.
We're seeking a Strategic Sales Account Manager to drive growth across the Northeast, developing relationships with Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, CDMO, and Life Sciences customers.
This is an ideal opportunity for a consultative sales professional with experience selling Automation, Capital equipment, or Engineered solutions into regulated manufacturing environments.
What You'll Be Doing- Grow and develop strategic customer relationships across the Northeast
- Identify and win new automation and capital equipment opportunities
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement through project award
- Partner closely with engineering and technical teams to develop customer solutions
- Build account strategies and drive regional growth
- Lead commercial discussions, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Experience selling capital equipment, industrial automation, packaging equipment, or engineered systems
- Proven success managing key accounts and developing new business
- Experience working with Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, CDMO, or Life Sciences customers
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
- Established global business with a strong market reputation
- Existing customer base with significant growth potential
