This summer‑long spritz program is designed to drive menu presence, trade advocacy, and consumer trial across key on‑premise accounts in seasonal markets. The goal is to make the spritz a go‑to summer drink, building real connections with bartenders, staff, and consumers so it becomes a consistently recommended choice. Through a combination of relationship‑building, feature sell‑in, staff education, sampling, and local activations, the program will bring the brand to life in ways that align with local culture and summer lifestyle moments.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong trade relationships and day‑to‑day account communications with owners, managers, bartenders, and staff.
- Manage a portfolio of priority on‑premise accounts and support menu features and events.
- Establish the brand as a go‑to recommendation and maintain consistent account presence.
- Sell in and support season‑long spritz feature concepts that drive sustained visibility and volume.
- Secure menu placements, drive multi‑SKU distribution, and close gaps in target accounts.
- Introduce simple, approachable spritz serves that staff can easily recommend and execute.
- Conduct staff training and sampling initiatives to drive trial.
- Research, identify, and outreach to new accounts, partnerships, and event opportunities.
- Ideate, develop, and present event and activation concepts tailored to the local market.
- Own and execute pop‑ups, on‑premise events, and experiential activations.
- Host bartender, industry, and consumer outings to drive engagement and awareness.
- Leverage social media to amplify in‑market activity and lifestyle moments.
- Manage local account spend and bar budgets to maximize impact and ROI.
- Coordinate with local sales team to confirm product availability and delivery.
- Oversee event kit organization, including preparation, packing, shipping, and tracking.
- Support distributor product confirmation and manage distribution logistics.
- Develop client reporting, provide regular status updates, and share insights.
- Established on‑premise and trade relationships in Boston.
- Experience in hospitality, beverage/spirits, or experiential marketing.
- Proven ability to influence accounts and drive sell‑in.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
- Self‑starter with deep knowledge of the local market and culture.

Compensation: $650.00 – $800.00 per week
