We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic and growing U.S. sales team. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in business development and account management within the biotechnology industry, focusing on academic clients throughout the New England region, with a heavy focus on Boston. You will work closely with a collaborative and supportive team, leveraging communication and relationship‑building skills to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client service.

• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to execute territory sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.
• Engage with industry clients to understand their project needs and recommend Sino Biological’s products and services that best support their goals.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Travel throughout the territory for client meetings, vendor shows, and roadshows to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to refine sales approaches and expand industry partnerships.
• Represent Sino Biological at local industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and company capabilities.

• Previous sales experience in the life sciences or biotechnology industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, preferably involving reagents or contract research services.
• Strong understanding of molecular and cell biology concepts, with exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for engaging with industry professionals.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field preferred.
• Must be based in or within commutable distance to Boston.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory for client meetings and industry events 50% of the time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel to client sites.
• Must be able to lift and move 25–50 lbs.
