Position Overview

As a Sales Associate with Loop Net
, you will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for commercial real estate listings. You will represent an innovative company and advise on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy to drive advertising revenue.

Please note this role is on‑site in our CoStar Group office in Boston, MA.

• Build and manage client relationships through consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue.
• Prospect new clients and close new business using CoStar Group’s property data.
• Partner with Loop Net and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory.
• Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and provide solutions that help clients achieve goals.
• Conduct regular in‑person meetings and travel as required.

• 2+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales and account management experience.
• 1+ year of commercial real estate related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer‑centric environment.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Successful driving record prior to start.

• Success building long‑term relationships and partnerships with senior/C‑Suite clients.
• Ability to analyze data and build reporting to make strategic recommendations.
• Operational motor vehicle prior to start date.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑growth company.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and within a team.

This position offers a base salary range of $70,000‑$75,000 based on relevant skills and experience, plus commission opportunities and a generous benefits plan.
