Account Executive Global Account Sales

Role partners with Global Clients to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, managing project estimates and proposals, and supporting complex system designs from initial site assessment through installation. The position focuses on building strong customer relationships, collaborating across internal technical and sales teams, and consistently meeting sales targets while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Support Global Clients organization with sales efforts to increase production within assigned accounts, including identifying and developing new opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits at client locations to review and document site conditions and conduct needs analyses.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals and turnover documents for transactional projects, including accurate parts lists, pricing, drawings, and documentation for field installation and customer records.
  • Work with and lead Costing, Technical Solutions Architects, and Proposal Development Teams on large and/or complex projects as directed by VP.
  • Build relationships with customer site personnel and maintain regular contact to ensure customer satisfaction with all services, including installations, service/support, responsiveness, invoices, monitoring, etc.
  • Research and supply information and data to support quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify and respond to operational issues that arise and resolve them with appropriate internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and yearly sales quotas, including specific quotas related to existing and new clients.
  • Log and manage all opportunities and accounts in Salesforce and provide accurate forecast.
  • Support Global Clients team with sales presentations and capture strategy.
  • Identify and work with VP, Global Clients on sales efforts to pursue new Global Clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field of study or 5 years’ related combination of experience and education in lieu of degree.
  • Electronic Security Industry experience a plus.
Job Requirements
  • Must have security integration experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Salesforce.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills.
