Reporting to the Director of Operations, this individual will support the Sales Engineers in all aspects of their role in promoting and selling HVAC/R Systems. This roll will serve as the lead point of contact for all incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up, and providing operational and administrative support for proposals, pricing, and documentation. Your role is essential to fulfilling the vision of LC Anderson’s Leadership: generate business in its target markets, become a total solution provider and trust partner to its clients, guaranteeing total customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who gets it, wants it, and has the capacity to:
- Serve as the leading point of contact for all incoming sales leads
- Act with urgency for all customer requests
- Support pricing efforts and all other needs of the sales department
- Respond with Urgency:
- Act quickly and professionally on all customer requests to maintain excellent client service.
- Coordinate Documentation
: - Assist sales staff with document management, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with Sales Team:
- Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Be accountable for your personal safety and commit to promoting a safe work environment for those around you
- Assist Other Departments as needed
- Work across departments to assist when needed to support the entire business and other departments
- Proposals monitored and flagged before 2-week deadlines
- Customer requests acknowledged

This position reports directly to the Branch Leader.
QUALIFICATIONS- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
- Commitment to excellent customer service by building trusting relationships and doing the right thing
- Strong communication skills with a mindset for follow-through
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to proactively support the sales team.
- Attention to detail and accountability in following processes
