Position Overview

Your role will focus on gaining market share and growing the Cardiac Ablation Business (CAS) by promoting, selling, and servicing Medtronic's CA Solutions’ products within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service Medtronic CA Solutions products.
- Implement quarterly sales plans and achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of Medtronic CAS products and support sales efforts.
- Coordinate customer activities at all meetings as assigned.
- Complete administrative reporting (expense reports, account profiles, daily planners, competitive updates, inventory log).
- Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, market changes, distribution, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Manage time and assets cost‑effectively.
- Utilize sales collateral to support promotional and territorial needs.
- Train and educate customers to expand business and market penetration.
- Maintain proficiency in all assigned product lines.
- Advise customers on changes related to CAS products, indications, approvals, protocols, and safety information.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years’ experience, OR Associate’s degree and 6+ years’ experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (75%+ of the time).
- Ability to lift or move up to 15 pounds and stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day.
- Must reside within the assigned territory and be able to drive to multiple accounts throughout the region.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B experience and at least 1 year in Medical Device Sales.
- 3+ years of Territory Development Specialist (TDS) experience and 1 year in Medical Device Sales.
Job Requirements
- Frequent travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings.
- Regular use of a computer and effective communication with peers and co‑workers.
- Occasional lifting or moving of up to 15 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day.
- Cath Lab / OR procedural observations as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy required; driving record will be reviewed.
• Base salary (USD) range: $65,000.00 – $65,000.00 (U.S. locations, excluding Puerto Rico).
