Role Overview
Vector Marketing is hiring part‑time sales representatives for its Cutco product line. Reps sell Cutco cookware and kitchen tools through one‑on‑one appointments, explaining the products and placing orders.
CompensationBase pay is $30.00 per appointment (not tied to sales). Reps can earn additional commission based on performance. Even if a week is slower, they still receive pay for the work performed.
ScheduleReps have flexibility to build a schedule that accommodates their other commitments. Some work full time, others part time, and seasonal summer schedules are also available.
Responsibilities- Conduct one‑on‑one appointments with prospects.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Take and process orders.
- Follow up with customers as needed.
- Enjoys working with others.
- Aged 18+ (or 17 and a 2026 high‑school graduate).
- Able to interview within a week.
- Willing to learn and apply new skills.
- Previous sales or work experience not required.
