Business Development Manager

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of CFS to our clients. You will sell our staffing and recruiting services by:

  • Developing and growing new business accounts
  • Building lasting relationships with clients across industries
  • Managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to account management
  • Connecting via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
  • Delivering win-win solutions that drive success for clients and candidates

Who You Are

You’re a natural connector and closer with:

  • 2+ years of proven sales success
  • A passion for selling and relationship-building
  • Strong communication skills, confident communicating across all levels

What You Get

  • Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission. The average employee in the company makes $65, in Y1, $70,+ in Y2.
