Ventrix Supply is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Specialis
t to help grow our business across New England. This is an on-site, field-based role focused on developing relationships with contractors, installers, and commercial customers while driving new business opportunities.

We're looking for someone who already hasindustry experience and established connections within the HVAC, solar, or related industrial sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals

Base Salary + Commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors, installers, distributors, and commercial customers.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
  • Leverage existing industry connections to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Present and promote products and solutions while providing excellent customer service and technical guidance.
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
  • Required:
    Previous B2B sales experience in the HVAC or Solar industry (or closely related industrial sector).
  • Existing relationships and industry contacts are highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close new business.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as this role involves regular travel to customer sites.
