Outside Sales Representative
We’re looking for an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing ISV (Integrated Software Vendor) Sales Team and help shape the future of global commerce. Locations: BOSTON, NEW JERSEY, SACRAMENTO, LOS ANGELES, TAMPA, HOUSTON.
Responsibilities- Convert leads to sales from our ISV partners and self‑source payments opportunities.
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce) in accordance with company policies, including call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information and other relevant client information.
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments, to secure a win.
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of current partnerships, product/service portfolio and changes and developments within the ISV partner portfolio to remain up‑to‑date.
- Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one meetings with the leader.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Incentive‑driven sales “hunter” and “closer” with a professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
- Enjoys cold‑calling and speaking with people face‑to‑face.
- Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and partner management skills.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license (required for regular traveling to client sites).
- Live in an area relative to the job posting location.
- Bonus:
Knowledge of Automotive, Medical, and Specialty Retail industries. - Prior experience in a B2B sales role.
- Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.
Annual On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+.
Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000.
