The company specializes in premium, pre-designed ADU builds ranging from $300K to $1.5M+, serving wealthy homeowners, families building for aging parents, and investors creating rental income opportunities. With strong inbound lead flow, a trusted brand reputation, and an in-house growth team actively scaling the funnel, this is an opportunity to join a founding sales team during a major market expansion phase.
The RoleThis is an Hybrid (In-person/Remote) Closer role based in the Greater Boston area, focused on guiding high net-worth homeowners through the sales process for premium residential ADU projects. You’ll take qualified discovery calls, conduct in-person site visits, and manage a consultative sales process that typically closes within 2–6 weeks for standard projects.
You’ll be selling to high-income homeowners making significant purchasing decisions, so professionalism, confidence, and the ability to hold premium pricing are essential. This is not a high-volume transactional role, it's a relationship-driven, consultative process built around helping clients envision and execute meaningful additions to their homes and lifestyles.

- Base Pay: $3,500/month + Additional non-recoverable draw of $3,000–$4,000/month during ramp.
- Commission: 1% of project value per closed deal
- Milestone Bonuses: $1,000 bonus per $250K generated + additional tiered bonuses
- Top performers: $200K–$300K+/year
- $1M project: ~$10,000 commission
- $1.5M project: ~$15,000 commission
- Have proven experience in phone and in-person sales
- Are comfortable selling premium-priced residential projects
- Can confidently manage longer, consultative sales cycles
- Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- Are highly reliable and accountable
- Live in the Greater Boston area and can conduct in-person site visits across Massachusetts
- Ideally have experience in construction, design, real estate, or high-ticket home services
- Can work effectively with affluent homeowners and multi-stakeholder buying decisions
