ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by recommending the right HR solutions.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family and cross‑sell additional services.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.

• Positive self‑starter with the ability to cold‑call and manage multiple sales processes.
• Strategic closer with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proven winner who thrives under pressure and motivates the team.
• A college degree is great but not required; it is more important to have relevant skills.
• Three years of B2B sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results‑driven environment.
• Military experience is an advantage, especially skills in teamwork, resilience, and negotiation.

• Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
