Large Enterprise Account Executive

The Large Enterprise Account Executive is a strategic, high‑growth role designed for proven closers ready to own the Large Enterprise segment. You will own a portfolio of high‑potential accounts and untapped non‑retail verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a land‑and‑expand strategy for Velocity accounts and non‑retail organizations, driving new business within strategic whitespace.
  • Partner with Large Enterprise AEs on complex, high‑value opportunities and coordinate co‑sell activities to share enterprise deal insights.
  • Own pre‑qualified, high‑potential opportunities with established stakeholder mapping and business objectives, accelerating pipeline and delivering enterprise sales excellence.
  • Conduct personalized, multi‑threaded outreach into non‑retail verticals, tailoring value propositions to industry pain points.
  • Lead deep‑dive discovery sessions that build ROI‑backed business cases and bespoke demos for C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene, managing a diverse pipeline with clear stages, “why/why not” documentation, and accurate forecasting for Sales Ops.
  • Act as the “quarterback” for deals, coordinating BDRs, Solutions Architects, and Marketing teams to ensure a unified sales motion.
Qualifications
  • 3‑6 years of experience as a closing Account Executive in SaaS or high‑growth tech at the Large Enterprise level.
  • Exceptional presentation skills to large groups, with the ability to pivot between technical users and executive buyers.
  • Strong discovery and consultative hunting skills, translating complex business objectives into ROI‑justified use cases.
  • Proactive multi‑threading experience and a proven track record navigating complex buying committees.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Gong, with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Comfortable interpreting funnel signals and applying core business metrics (ROI, TCO) to build compelling cases.
  • A growth mindset, openness to coaching, and collaborative spirit.

Base Pay Range For US Locations: $128,000 – $192,000 USD. Total compensation may also include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE), equity, sign‑on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
