Regional Sales Manager – Protein; Boston​/Northeast

Ready to own and grow a high-potential territory? We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales leader to take charge of the Boston market and expand across the Northeast.

This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong protein (meat/poultry/seafood) background and established connections in food service and/or retail. You’ll have the autonomy to build business, manage key accounts, and directly influence revenue growth.

• Drive new business and expand existing accounts across the region
• Build strong partnerships with food service and retail customers
• Execute sales strategies to hit volume and profitability goals
• Act as the go-to resource for customers - solutions, promotions, and support
• Monitor market trends and stay ahead of the competition

• Proven success in food sales (protein experience strongly preferred)
• Established network in the Boston market
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a multi-state territory independently
